The skilled team of designers create high-concept designs based on the mood board to be pitched to the customer. An elaborate design sketch is able to describe the elements of design such as the balance and proportion. These enable the team to reinforce the direction that the product solution should follow, which include the story, mood, colour boards or the concept. Our samples reflect our workmanship and quality as an exporter. Hence, they are carefully developed and considered as an important activity for the order acceptance.
The fabric is transformed into useful textile by adopting a methodical process of cleaning. This step is carried out in our superior processing mills under stringent quality supervision. Effluent management is efficient and strictly adheres to quality standards we adhere to and local laws. The dyes, pigments, binders, polymer resins and plasticiser’s used are REACH compliant and free from hazardous chemicals. These processes are carried out under the supervision of our quality controller on the field.
We have an in-house stitching unit with a capacity of 50 Juki machines. The product is at first analysed with the supervisor monitoring the production. This is followed by the process of line balancing, online and then end line quality checks. Embroidery is performed with the help of our in-house automated and manually operated machineries. The textiles are then sent to the finishing section to customise further as per the clients requirement.
The final pressing by irons, steam dolly etc. is then done. The shipment is then folded, tagged, sized and packaged as per the customer’s specifications to be delivered on time. We give preference to reusable and degradable material for packing purposes in line with our effort to maintain sustainable operations. The packaging system followed by our team is highly coordinated with an efficient process in line, which includes logistics, warehousing, transport and shipping.
